I’ve been rewatching some series over the last few weeks and taken a look at some novels I didn’t read yet and noticed that it’s been ages since I recommended you some bl. So here’s one of my favorite novels: Picked up by the Protagonist of a Tormented! MC Novel

Zeno transmigrates into the world of his favorite novel where he meets the protagonist, Xi Wei. Since he feels sorry for this person that was tormented by his author, he sets out to help him live a better life.

My Opinion

If you are looking for a fast-paced, super sexy bl novel, then … you shouldn’t pick up this one. 😅 The novel is rather slow-paced and considering that Zeno ends up as a newborn after his transmigration, you shouldn’t expect much of a romantic relationship any time soon.
I still love this novel and I love it precisely because it takes so much time with everything. Thanks to that you have time to get to know the characters and can see sides of them outside of the relationship. Speaking of that, there are a lot of things going on plot-wise so it doesn’t get boring either.

All in all, if you want to read a cute bl novel with a nice main character and a well-developed male lead (who isn’t just a hunk without a backstory), then you should try this one! 😊
